IBTTA 95th Annual Meeting & Exhibition
The tolling industry's flagship annual meeting, hosted with the Illinois Tollway at McCormick Place in Chicago.
The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association holds its 95th Annual Meeting & Exhibition September 9-12, 2027, hosted with the Illinois Tollway. Business sessions and the exhibit hall run at McCormick Place in Chicago, with the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place as headquarter hotel. IBTTA promises general sessions and breakout tracks, council and committee meetings, industry awards, technical tours, and an exhibit hall, and notes this is the meeting’s first return to Chicago since 2009.
Why it matters for the data layer
This is the industry’s set-piece annual meeting and the successor to the 94th already on the calendar, which puts toll agency executives, state DOT leadership, tolling system vendors and integrators, and the financial and legal advisors to toll concessions in one place. The Illinois Tollway host role pushes I-PASS, open road tolling, and the E-ZPass side of interoperability toward the center of the program.
Registration opens May 24, 2027. The fee table posted on IBTTA’s page is still 2026 rates, with 2027 rates due in fall 2026, so budget from the old numbers with care.
