IBTTA holds its annual Technology Summit April 24-27, 2027 at the Hilton Minneapolis. The
association describes general sessions plus focused break-out sessions on emerging
technologies, operational challenges and innovations in tolling. Program content follows
once planning begins in late 2026, and IBTTA is taking volunteers for the planning group
through November 1, 2026.

The Technology Summit is the annual working room for toll system data: transaction and
image record formats, back-office replacement projects, revenue assurance, and the
interoperability hub exchanges that move records between agencies. Readers who specify or
integrate tolling data come here rather than to the Annual Meeting, which is the policy
and leadership event.

customer service center operators, roadside equipment and license plate recognition
