ITS America brings its national conference and exhibition to the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City on April 12-15, 2027. Chapters, agencies and vendors from across the country attend, and chapter-level programming usually clusters around the main week. The session program is not posted yet.
Why it matters for the data layer
This is the national anchor for the chapter community and the place ITS America sets out its policy and standards positions for the year. State and local DOT technology staff, transit agency people and the consultant base all show up, which makes the hallway conversation as informative as the sessions.
Utah DOT hosts, and it is also a lead agency in ITS America’s V2X work. That should give the connected-vehicle track actual deployment detail from an agency with equipment in the field, rather than another round of readiness slides.
