ITS California is the state chapter of the intelligent transportation systems community:
the traffic engineers, agency staff, and vendors who work on the technology layer of
roads and transit. Its 2026 Annual Meeting, formally the 31st Annual Conference &
Exhibition, runs September 27-30 at the Sacramento Convention Center.

This one sits close to the center of the beat. ITS is the whole subject: signal systems,
